Kids
Mission Statement
The Children's Ministry of Morrison Heights Baptist Church (MHBC Kids) exists to partner with parents to help children build the right foundation for life, seek to find God, know Him personally, and to live it out in their daily lives.
Preschoolers
Infants – kindergarten age children meet in age appropriate classes at both the 9 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. hours on Sunday mornings. We also offer childcare on Sunday mornings for children who have a parent or grandparent who attend the 8 a.m. Sunday School. On Sunday evenings there are extended session classes for preschoolers during the 6 p.m. worship hour.
We have more discipleship opportunities for preschoolers on Sundays and Wednesdays.
Children
We offer children the opportunity to participate in small groups and children's worship beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 11:30 a.m. This schedule allows for parents to participate in a small group and worship service while being assured their children are learning about God's Word. If parents choose that they want their children to attend the worship service with them, they can still drop their children off at 9:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. and their children will be able to participate in a small group time.
We have more discipleship opportunities for children on Sundays and Wednesdays.
